What it is
Supervision, documented — not license rental.
SupervisePro is Massachusetts-only. Nationwide use is deferred until Massachusetts is proven; supervision is state-by-state, so any later expansion would be state-by-state, with per-state verification and agreement templates.
Every supervised project follows the same seven milestones, with a log entry for what was reviewed, visited, directed, and corrected:
- Pre-construction plan and code review
- Permit application support
- Foundation / structural milestone
- Rough framing / enclosure milestone
- Rough systems / fire-stopping milestone
- Insulation / energy-code milestone
- Final review before sign-off

SupervisePro is founded by AdrianCConstruction LLC, and Adrian Coleman is its first supervisor. His credential is the default template for the platform — other supervisors set their own fees, but they are vetted to the same active-supervision standard.

Adrian's supervision rate — the default template
Supervisors on the platform set their own fees. Adrian's rate, pre-filled as the default template, is:
- $500 flat fee for projects under $25,000
- 2.5% of project value for projects $25,000 and up
- 50% at signing, 50% at substantial completion or final inspection
- Fee shown upfront and locked in Exhibit A for the project
Platform plans
Subscription only. Supervisors keep 100% of their fees.
Platform revenue is subscription-only. No percentage is taken from a supervisor's supervision fee, and there is no free trial — billing starts at signup when the platform launches.

Vetting — Massachusetts only
Vetted before any lead is sent.
A supervisor is not matched to contractor leads, and does not get Pro priority matching, until vetting is Approved. Approval rests on four gates:

| Active-supervision agreement signed | Agreement to genuine, active, documented supervision — not license rental. |
A supervisor does NOT need to provide proof of insurance to join SupervisePro. (Contractor/client insurance for a supervised project itself is a separate matter under the supervision agreement.)

Supervision on the platform is genuine, active, documented supervision — it is not license rental, and a supervisor's CSL number may not be used on advertising, proposals, or permits without that supervisor's written approval. Real signups and real money will wait for Massachusetts attorney review of the multi-supervisor marketplace terms.
